#1 - HOW WE STARTED THE SITE AND THE ONE DR. SEBI LEFT US

Green Food Plus

Multi-Mineral formula made with herbs from Africa, offering chlorophyll rich food for the entire body. Promotes overall good health and nourishment. Addresses the heart, brain, central nervous system and blood.

Main Ingredients

Stinging Nettles - Very high in iron , potassium and silicon. Purifies the blood and reduces inflammation.
Bladderwrack - see above
Linden Flower - calmative and anti-depressant

HOW TO MAKE

A very simple recipe. Always buy in large quantities to save money. So buy 1 pound bags when available. One pound bags contain 3.5 to 4 cups of powder. Never use one pound to one pound. Always use measuring cup fulls of powder.

So in a large bowl add in 3.5 cups of each powder. Mix well. Now you can use tablespoons to add to smoothies or place in capsules. I personally use 1/2 tablespoon for my smoothies. Dr. Sebi Suggests 4 capsules but 4 capsules is not even one teaspoon and I find that is not enough.

Remember it takes 5 capsules (size 00) to make 1 teaspoon. There is approximately 212 teaspoons in one cup of powder or 70.6 tablespoons. One bottle of capsules at the Dr. Sebi store contains 90 capsules or 18 teaspoons of powder. It is cost effective to purchase your own herbs and make your own. If each pound contains 3.5 cups and you are using 4 herbs then you have 848 teaspoons of powder, opposed to the Dr. Sebi product that only has 18 teaspoons.

If one bottle of the Cellfood store product cost $50 then you can save a lot of money by making your own. You will have enough powder to equal over 47 bottles of the premade product capsules. If you bought 47 bottles of capsules at the store it would cost you $2355.50. The herbs purchased on Amazon will cost between $20 to $25 a pound each or less than $90 total.

FORMULA #3 - THE LATEST PRODUCT INGREDIENTS

Here we have some of the most powerful and favorite herbs suggested by Dr. Sebi and so I will be inclined to make this for myself.

In making this recipe we will use 1/2 cup of each herb and so while you could purchase 4 ounce packages, buying in larger packages is more economical. Again I suggest to add 1/2 tablespoon to a smoothie in the morning.

Bladderwrack
Bladderwrack is a common type of seaweed, which is almost similar to Kelp. It is known as ‘Fucus Vesiculosus’. This herb thrives in various parts of the world’s oceans, particularly around North America’s Eastern Coast. Its thick stem, ‘thallus’, contains air filled pods that assist this seaweed float to the surface
