DR. SEBI IRON PLUS INGREDIENTS
The Iron Plus purifies the entire system. It creates well being and creates wellness in your liver. It also helps the digestive system and heals cramps, gas and respiratory track problems.
One of the top requests on Youtube is how to increase iron supplementation and what are the ingredients of the Dr. Sebi Iron Plus formula.
As I was researching I came upon a video where Dr. Sebi at age 83, prior to his death said he did not trust his wife, his ex-wife, his daughters and his manager. Was Dr. Sebi the loneliest person on this world and was he left to die in prison with no one around to help him. Was money the real reason for his death? As we look at the products Dr. Sebi created to save the world let us all consider who Dr. Sebi was. First we know that he loved marijuana and advocated recreational marijuana and so here we promote and advocate CBD oil in conjunction with the products. As you are studying the real Dr. Sebi know that he lived a long life to help others naturally from what he learned. His philosophy was to do no harm, do it with love. |
Keep in mind that the Iron Plus appears to be a syrup or infusion. The website does not say which. The preferred way to take this is by capsules or tea. Extracts require the use of alcohol (brandy or vodka). Some syrups are sugar based but we assume in this case it would not be sugar based as that is prohibited on the Sebi diet.
This is one of those products that is not easy to make due to the contribo ingredient.
In all of our formulas except for the chelation we suggest equal parts of each herb, but in this formula you must add the contribo by the dosage and warnings posted below.
So we have added in foods and herbs high in iron for those who prefer not to attempt this not so easy product to make.
Also at the end of the article we are linking direct to the Dr. Sebi Store if you prefer to buy it already made.
Ingredients of the Dr. Sebi Iron Plus from the Sebi Advocates Group
Cardo Santo - Also known as Blessed Thistle
Contribo - Also known as Alcatraz and Duck Flower
Governadora - Also known as Chapparal
Ortiga - Also known as Stinging Nettles
I often wonder why use such technical names, why not use the common names

aCCORDING TO ZEE MALACHI, OWNER OF SEBI ADVOCATES GROUP, "I list what’s on the bottle. What does your bottle say? – Not the website."
Dr. Sebi Cellfood store no longer lists the ingredients on the website. According to the FDA all supplement labels must include ALL ingredients not just the main herbs. This means it must include the syrup, the contents of the capsules, etc. In the past the store posted the main ingredients but I have seen that has been deleted.
ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS LISTED BY DR. SEBI GROUPS AND MY WEBSITE ALSO
Main Ingredients
Zee Malachi further talks about how if you are going to make your own herbs that you must be careful about the quality of the product and understand if the product pertains to oils or dried herbs.
When making your own Iron plus understand most will make a tea or place the herbs in capsules. A syrup or extract may contain alcohol or sugary substance. Most of my clients prefer the tea method.
