He mentions you can have broccoli and cumin with your quinoa and we now know those items were removed off his nutritional guide. He is talking about brown cumin here. NOON MEAL
At noon meal he had fruits, seeded grapes. He said he should had had his quinoa here but due to circumstances that was not possible. Remember to always have seeded fruits and yes I know that is not possible for many. Also suggested that you could have an apple or a pear and of course 3 more glasses of spring water. |
DIRECTIONS TO MAKE THE SEA MOSS DRINK
DR. SEBI USE TO MAKE A SEA MOSS DRINK BEFORE HE WENT TO SLEEP. HE WOULD USE HEMP MILK AND HE SAID YOU CAN ADD SOME VANILLA IF YOU WANT AND HE ADDED IN THE SEA MOSS AND LOTS OF AGAVE SYRUP. HE SAID HE LIKED HIS VERY SWEET. NOW SOME WILL ADD IN THE BROMIDE POWDER OR THE SEA MOSS POWDER ALONE. YOU BRING THE MILK TO A BOIL AND THEN REMOVE FROM THE STOVE TO COOL AND DRINK. HE HAD THIS EVERY NIGHT. BUT IN THE VIDEO HE SAID HE HAD THIS DRINK IN THE MORNING. |
