Take a honeycomb - Yemeni Honeycombs are the best but quite expensive. Soak the honeycomb with  Black Seed Oil. Now when I say soak I do not mean pour tons.

I mean just pour enough to fill the honeycomb threads.

Make a mixture:
1/2 cup of group bee pollen
1/2 tsp of ground propolis
1 tsp of ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp of ginsing

Mix well.

Sprinkle on top of the honey comb now. Now a few teaspoons not the entire mixture. Let that absorb into the mixture and then add on a few grams of ground saffron. Now drizzle on some lovely Yemeni Sidr honey
