Parts of this smoothie I learned from one naturalpath who told about how he was sick and dying and a doctor gave him this recipe and had him add cayenne to his smoothie daily.
So we have taken many of Dr. Sebi herbs, added in some frozen fruits, the cayenne, dates and agave and walah we are in fabulous shape. You can add and change as you like. My smoothie today was with bananas and strawberries but you can use peaches, kiwis or any fruit on the Nutritional Guide. |
