I had my second kidney stone attack last night. It was not fun at all.
After eating a normal meal, I thought, I had a sudden onslaught of pain in my abdomen and kidney area. I thought it was simply flatulence. I was soon to learn that this was not the case. I would end up at the doctor's office at midnight looking for a pain injection as most kidney stones cannot be tolerated without this. I am fasting now as my stomach is still inflamed 30 hours later. |
Calcification aka hardened mucus is the clogging or eroding of body tissues by mucus or plaque acidics or deposits. Although a mucus ridden body itself is not considered a disease, it has been shown to be the contributing factor in every known illness and aging condition, including heart disease, kidney stones, gallstones, chronic inflammation, arthritis, cancers, cataracts, eczema, psoriasis, and even wrinkles. TESTIMONY: I have GREAT NEWS! My mom's doctor told her she would have to start dialysis. I have been giving my mom the bromide plus capsules for 3 weeks. She went to the doctor today and they told her that her kidneys have improved 10 percent!!. No dialysis. And I have her on the meal plan.. Trust me it works!!!
STAY AWAY FROM TOFU
Man has 420 kidney stones removed in one operation... and doctor says his love of TOFU is the reason to blame
A lack of water intake will cause the calcium to quickly build up inside the body.
- The patient, named only as Mr He, had operation in China on Friday
- He had been experiencing severe pain and a CT scan found his kidney was packed full of stones
- Surgeon said he'd never seen so many kidney stones in one patient before
- Mr He eats tofu daily and drinks very little water, which is likely the cause
- His family say they will now make sure he does not eat too much tofu read more here

FOODS TO ADD
CANTALOUPE: The fiber and potassium content in cantaloupe support heart health. Consuming foods that are high in potassium can help to decrease blood pressure. Getting enough potassium is almost as important as decreasing sodium intake for treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). High potassium intakes are also associated with a reduced risk of stroke, protection against loss of muscle mass, preservation of bone mineral density and reduction in the formation of kidney stones. CUCUMBERS: Cucumbers are a highly alkalinizing and hydrating food that are rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, K, magnesium, silicon, and potassium. Cucumbers are also packed with antioxidants and enzymes such as erepsin which helps to digest proteins and destroy parasites and tapeworms. The high chlorophyll and lignan content in the cucumber skin makes it a great anti-cancer food and can be particularly helpful in reducing the risk of estrogen related cancers such as breast, uterus, prostate, and ovarian cancer. The high fiber content of cucumbers makes it an excellent remedy for constipation by adding bulk and hydration directly to the colon. Cucumbers are also one of the best natural diuretics around, aiding in the excretion of wastes through the kidneys and helping to dissolve uric acid accumulations such as kidney and bladder stones.
GINGER TEA: Ginger tea can have powerful effect on kidney functions. It’s been shown to increase the body’s natural antioxidants in the kidneys, lower renal inflammation, help remove toxins from the kidneys, reduce fibrosis in kidneys and help create healthier kidney tissues. Sipping ginger tea regularly can specifically help cure kidney problems. SOURCE
It should be noted that ginger may interact with 60 medications and so please check your pharmaceuticals when using ginger.

WATERMELON: Water and potassium content of watermelon is an essential ingredient for a healthy kidney. Watermelon helps in regulating and maintaining the level of acid present in the urine. Eating watermelon or drinking its juice daily will help in natural dissolution of kidney stones.
TRADITIONAL REMEDY
Earthclinic has long wrote on this remedy for kidney stones.
It is simple to do as long as you do not have large kidney stones. Large stones may get trapped or stuck and could cause emergency situations and so use this with caution. Now being Dr. Sebi does not recommend lemons, you could use limes but there is no documentation on the success. If you go to the doctor for an injection for the horrible pain then note to wait a few hours afterwards before doing this. You cannot return to eating food quickly. Do not eat anything for 24 hours and allow your system to rest. After that begin with very bland foods. |
ACCORDING TO ONE POSTER: Milk thistle cleavers dandelion yellowdock does well
WATER AND FLUIDS
You just gotta drink your water. The body naturally gets rid of excess, but it is challenged in doing this when dehydrated.
Basil, Kale and onions (followed by Watercress) are the foods noted to help absorb calcium into the body. Which basically vitamin K foods are presented to do. These are the ones with the highest amount of the natural mineral compound that commercial industries copy and refer to as vitamin k.
Others such as as Asparagus, has now been compromised. Cucumber and okra is available just like Olive oil (followed by Sesame Oil) prunes and pears, but topping them are the berries; elderberry, blueberries, blackberries, mulberries and raspberries.
People who drink commercial tea and milk are more likely to have kidney stone issues; and quite often at that. The tanin in the tea solidifies the calcium and keeps it from breaking down as much as it needs to. Lipton Tea and bojangle tea and breakfast cereal with milk all in a day; we might want to leave it alone, lol.
I found drinking juice after a serious attack very difficult. Drinking water over ice was very soothing. Try to drink nothing but water and ofter.

FACTS ABOUT KIDNEY STONES
The formation of kidney stones containing oxalate is an area of controversy in clinical nutrition. Does the dietary restriction of oxalate prevent kidney stones? Not according to these facts:
•kidney stones are the result of an accumulation of dissolved minerals on the inner lining of the kidneys.
• The leading cause of kidney stones is a lack of water.
•When there is not enough water to dilute the uric acid, the pH level within the kidneys drops and becomes more acidic.
•An excessively acidic environment in the kidneys is conducive to the formation of kidney stones.
•Not all stones are related to oxalate
•It is not clear from the research, that restriction of dietary oxalate helps prevent formation of calcium oxalate stones in individuals who have previously formed such stones.
•Since intake of dietary oxalate accounts for only 10-15% of the oxalate that is found in the urine of individuals who form calcium oxalate stones, many researchers believe that dietary restriction cannot significantly reduce risk of stone formation.
• recent research studies have shown that intake of protein, calcium, and water influence calcium oxalate stone formation as much as, or more than intake of oxalate.
•some foods that have traditionally been assumed to increase stone formation because of their oxalate content (like black tea) actually appear in more recent research to have a preventive effect.
•the normal human body can dispose of oxalic acid at even relatively high dietary quantities without trouble
•though oxalic acid is very poorly absorbed, it is readily enough excreted.
Facts about calcium:
•oxalic acid may reduce one’s effective intake of calcium. But if you are getting decent nourishment, the size of the effect is not meaningful.
•While research studies confirm the ability of phytic acid and oxalic acid in foods to lower availability of calcium, the decrease in available calcium is relatively small.
•For normal, healthy persons, calcium deficiency risk is nearly trivial provided that great amounts of oxalic acid are not consumed on a continuing, long-term basis.
•The National Institute of Health states “For people who eat a variety of foods, these interactions probably have little or no nutritional consequence and, furthermore, are accounted for in the overall calcium DRIs [Dietary Reference Intakes], which take absorption into account.”

CRUSH FOSTER STATES: Dr Sebi never used the word Vegan, or plant based... Veganism never accepted Dr Sebi and still fights harder for animal welfare than for humanity. The founder of Veganism was Donald Watson...he knew NOTHING about health -- he was a woodworking teacher who visited a dairy farm and was disturbed by it -- he took letters from vegetarian and made Vegan as an animal activist for the elimination of animal exploitation and cruelty. So "going vegan" has nothing to do with health in its original intent.
Vegans eat lots of crap like tofu, zanthan gum, wheat gluten, Nutritional yeast, they use canned food, microwaves, eat hybrids, starch, sugar, canola oil and on and on.....low water consumption, fermented foods, vinegar, garlic and so many other toxins....they drink alcohol and have NO knowledge of herbs or healing built in to the lifestyle.
Alkaline Vegan is still putting Dr Sebi Nutritional Guide First.
