I just took my third dose of Dr. Sebi's Bio Ferro capsules. I was paying attention to see if I felt anything from these magic pills. I did notice that every time I take them I get a slight throbbing sensation near my temples and around my eye sockets. I hope this means they're working. Or it could be because I'm not eating.
According to the Bio Ferro description, it says the following:
"Blood nourisher and purifier. Contains herbs that are high in iron phosphate and other minerals that nourish and strengthen the entire system."
Today, I realized that no one understands how I feel and I should just stay to myself. Everyone is telling me that I'm strong and telling me what I should do but they don't understand that I can't!!! I'm so emotionally screwed over that I can't function physically. And on top of that, guys are still trying to have sex with me even after I tell them I'm sick. How gross?! What is the world coming to?
I'm pushing myself to eat/drink today. I actually finished one whole smoothie, which contained sour sop, kale, the three herbs, spring water, and a little agave. I was also able to get down almost two full cups of water. I also ate plantain chips with sea salt.
I found the picture of the suggested treatment plan and it reads as follows:
"The cure for A.I.D.S. (not treatment) Sarsaparilla, Guaco and Concansa....you mix all three powders together and flush out your mucus membraine...Once it's flushed, you have to replenish the body with all the nutrients the body lost during the flush like a woman when she's on her cycle.
