Testimony of Anthony Farr
I speak to people about giving up meat and other chemicals like fluoride, aluminum, and parabens that are a part of our everyday rituals like brushing our teeth, putting on lotion and deodorant, and drinking water.....They ask me how and why I did it. I used to eat the ribs, fried chicken, shrimp, gumbo, sausage, and everything else like everyone I knew ate....I knew it was bad, like most of us do, but I continued doing it because that was how I was taught to eat and that was all I knew...My mom has diabetes and my dad has high blood pressure... He had a stroke and it partially took mobility from one side of his body...This is in the back of my mind and my mom used to always tell me I need to go and get checked because it runs in my family, mind you I'm about 300lbs+ at this time....
In comes my brother Nikko, who was a vegetarian at the time, he sends me a Dr. Sebi video called "Eat To Live", which was about 90 minutes long...He talked about food and how you should eat what was designed for you and not eat man altered food...He talked about how dead animal carcasses and fish rot in your gut and are acidic for the body...He talked about going with the design and eating what was designed for Africans to eat....He also talked about how "they" say that most diseases run in our families but he said the diseases don't run in our families, bad eating habits do....This resonated more than anything to me, and thus sparked a change in my thinking as well as my eating habits....
That being said, my thoughts are clearer now, things make since and I'm not afraid to think, act, and do things that are outside of the "norm"....You see the trickery in the world that's been created for all of us to follow and the dreams and aspirations that we thought were ours but have been planted in us to believe this is what success is but in actuality we are following a mold from our inception to our passing from this physical plane...
Also, I hear people say, "you gotta die from something", or "I want to live"....Food doesn't make you have a good time...If that's your idea of fun, you need some hobbies... My idea of fun is:
-watching my son accomplish something
-racing my son to the car or to the door and letting him win..
-hanging out with friends and family and trading stories and jokes
-listening and learning from the elders around a barrel fire or fire pit
-bowling with loved ones
-finding a restaurant that has alkaline food
-playing pool, dominoes, etc...
Eating has become a big thing, they've created 100's of cooking shows, you see all these commercials with horrible "food" on them, not to mention, there's millions of fast food restaurants in this world of convenience...
But mainly I tell people I don't eat meat and I'm looking to be an alkaline vegan because I don't want cancer, high blood pressure, strokes, heart disease, diabetes, impotency, and a host of other things that have been proven to be caused by food...Your cells replenish themselves every so often and the food you consume is what you'll become, so don't be fake and man made...If you didn't eat anything, you'd wither away to nothing, so you are what you eat...
Your body has a natural way of removing toxins from itself through waste, urine, sweat, and others, but don't keep putting toxins in your body and on your skin.....At some point your temple won't be able to fight and then that's when sickness sets in....Then your quality of life goes downhill, and that's not living....I'm not perfect, but I plan on being an alkaline vegan soon and I'll do it when I'm ready...I still like to drink socially, even though I know that it's bad for me...But I do it in moderation and I give my body time to recover....
Peace, Love, and Light to you all....

Testimony of Cheryl Thurston-Bartholomew I am sooooo thankful to Dr Sebi...docs had me on 8 different medicines daily. I no longer take ANY!!! Praise God!!!!! My doc had me on statins for years. Since following Dr Sebi diet my cholesterol has been 82. And of course my diet included Brazil nuts!!
Katrena Sims Drs and some family told me about my bad choices but I chose to turn a blind eye!! My daughter had started Dr sebi and kept giving me info and adding me to different pages so I would see how other people were healing and rising above the garbage I was eating!! I've been reading and listening, and learning! About 6 weeks ago I finally went full-on Dr sebi!! I was in er being diagnosed with congestive heart failure and got scared!! I couldn't walk but a short distance and was coughing, severely!! In this short time, I have lost 18 lbs and can take walks and talk to another person while walking! I'm 69 yrs old and I'm not surprised anymore when I wakeup in the morning!! Excuse the going on and on!! Just happy to have finally awakened to what I can feel like at the time in my life!!
